If you have an app already live on both the App Store and Google Play Store, we can easily publish your new Shopney mobile app as an update to your current app. This way, you won’t lose any of your existing users. You also have the choice to unpublish your current app and release the new one only if you prefer.
Please follow the steps below to switch from another app builder to Shopney mobile app builder.
1. Developer Account Invitations
Please grant admin access to [email protected] for your developer accounts in order for us to take over the submission process for your app.

PS: The current apps should have been published under your developer accounts. If your app was published under your previous app builder’s developer accounts, please ask them to transfer your app to your developer accounts. You can follow the guides below if you haven't created those developer accounts yet.
2. Requirements To Update The Existing IOS App
To update your existing iOS app, no files are required. After authorizing access to your Apple developer account, please share with our team which application you want to update with your Shopney mobile app.
3. Requirements To Update The Existing Android App
To update the existing Android application, the following signing key details are required. You should share the following files with us after getting them from your previous app builder or your developer.
Keystore File
Keystore File Password
Key Alias
Key Password
If the signing key details are not shared, the existing Android application cannot be updated. Obtaining these files from your current app builder or developer is the simplest, but not the only option. Please follow the detailed instructions in the below article if the key details weren't shared with you.
Please email these files to [email protected] after completing these procedures and receiving the necessary information to update your Android app. Notify our customer service team through email or live chat.
After doing the appropriate inspections, our team will tell you if there is an issue. At this stage, we have all of the information we need to publish your app. You can proceed with the steps in the mobile app launch process checklist.
