A Back in Stock notification is a message that alerts customers as soon as a sold-out product becomes available again. It enables you to bring customers back to your store and recover sales by instantly notifying them when a sold-out item is available again.

When an item is sold out, users will see and tap Notify Me instead of Add to Cart. We store the request data on your dashboard as well, so you can track demand, restock wisely, and avoid overstocking.

When Back in Stock integration is enabled, and once the product is restocked, the interested customer automatically gets the back-in-stock email once you send the back-in-stock push notification. With the Back in Stock integration, you can also;

Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling Back in Stock for your Mobile App

1- Navigate to your Shopney dashboard

Go to your Shopney Dashboard > Integrations(1) page and click on Back in Stock integration(2).

2- Enable Back in Stock

On the opened page after you click on Back in Stock, switch the Enable toggle(1) and then click on Save Changes(2).

All done! Now you can easily notify your customers of the news of your restocked products via email, too!

🔔 Reminder
