1. Navigate to the "Notification" section of your Shopney dashboard as shown below.

2. Click on the "Create Notification" button on the welcoming page.

3. After clicking the button, you’ll be welcomed by the notification dashboard, which consists of 6 main sections, as shown below.

AI Generate is the section where you can create high-impact push notifications in no time.

Title is the section where you type the title of your push notification.


Message is the section where you type the message of your push notification.


Rich Media is the section where you arrange the rich content to attach to your push notification. The content can be selected from your products and collections. Or it can be set as a custom image.


Delivery is the section where you set the sending time of your push notification or send it immediately.


Display is the area where your push notification gets demonstrated.

4. When you fill up the title, message, and rich media sections, the displayed demonstration will look like the below image.
