Integrating Klaviyo with Shopney is pretty easy with just one click and it works seamlessly. But if you still encounter some issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.
1. I CANNOT SEE THE EVENTS FROM MOBILE APP IN KLAVIYO
If you cannot see the events from mobile app or the user behavior data in your Klaviyo dashboard, this issue is mostly related to the API Key. Remember, you obtain from Klaviyo dashboard while integrating it with Shopney.
If you don't properly copy and paste the API Key to its place in Shopney dashboard, the integration will not function properly. In this case, you will need to double check and make sure the API Key is pasted correctly.
2. I CANNOT SEND THE SMART AUTOMATED PUSH NOTIFICATIONS?
In this case, you will need to reach out to Shopney team via live support. The support team will create a ticket for your case which requires a deep technical check to be conducted.
3. THE SMART PUSH NOTIFICATIONS ARE NOT GETTING DELIVERED TO ANDROID
This is pretty normal and not related to Shopney infrastructure. As Klaviyo doesn't support the automated-segmented push notification service for Android, your push notifications will only be delivered to iOS users.
