How to integrate Klaviyo to Shopney?

Klaviyo is the most popular and strong marketing automation tool for Shopify. Naturally, it's integrated with Shopney alongside with some other great Shopify solutions.

This article is prepared for you to enable this integration in the quickest and smoothest way to start to utilize the benefits.

There are two main functions of the integration:

1. Mobile app data processing with Klaviyo: This function enables Klaviyo to track mobile app user behavior, so that you can use it in your marketing automation processes like email marketing.

2. Smart Push Notification Automation with Klaviyo: With this function you can send automated and segmented push notifications based on user behavior and location. These personalized push notifications will help you sell more.

  • Available Plans: This feature is available in Platinum Plan and above.

A. Steps To Follow To Enable The Klaviyo Integration For Data Processing

1. Go to your Shopify dashboard.

2. Open the Apps (1) tab and select Klaviyo (2) as shown below.

3. Navigate to left bottom and click on your Company Name (1). Then, select the 'Settings' page (2) in the dropdown page as indicated below.

4. In the opening page, navigate to API Keys tab and copy the Public API Key as shown.

5. Go to Shopney Dashboard to Paste the Public API Key into the regarding field as shown below.

6. Enable the integration via enablement switch on the integration dashboard as shown.

Important Note: When you enable the integration, it will not instantly get active. Klaviyo integration requires app store update. Status of integration will be 'In Progress'. Then, Shopney team release a new update shortly to make it active.
