Quick actions appear at the bottom of the left menu. They are always visible elements that direct your customers to take the action you chose with just one click. They allow your customers to reach out to you anytime they want via the quick action you've set.
There are a number of options you can use as a quick action.
- Phone Call
With this quick action, your customers from all around the world will be able to reach you via the phone number you've entered.
*Please don't forget to include the area code at the beginning of the phone number when setting this quick action.
- Send Email
If you want your customers to reach you via mail, you can use this quick action element. So, your customers will quickly send a mail to the mail address you've set.
- Facebook Page
If you want to promote your facebook page and increase the number of your followers, all you need to do is choosing the facebook element under quick actions and adding the url of your facebook page.
- Twitter Account
If you want to promote your twitter page and increase the number of your followers, all you need to do is choosing the twitter element under quick actions and adding the url of your twitter account.
You can share your location with your users with the latitude-longitude values you enter and give directions to the user who clicks.
Your WhatsApp phone number, which you will enter with the area code at the beginning, will allow your users to start a chat with you on WhatsApp with just one click.
- Instagram Account
If you want to promote your instagram page and increase the number of your followers, all you need to do is choosing the instagram element under quick actions and adding the url of your instagram account.
- Facebook Messenger
Entering your facebook messenger url will allow your customers to start a facebook chat with you with just one click.
- Apple Business Chat
Entering your Apple Business Chat url will allow your customers to send you a message through their Apple phones.
*This quick action is shown only on iOS devices. In other words Android users will not be able to see this quick action on their phones and take action.
- Web Url
Enter the web url of the website you want to direct your users to. With just one click, they will be directed to the related website.
*Don't forget to add "https://" at the beginning of the url.
- In-App Messages
It is the element that allows your users to reach you via shopney messages. If you want your users to reach you via shopney messages, this option is for you.
*The names of all quick actions are editable. For example, you can choose 'instagram account' quick action type and then change the name to 'Follow Us On Instagram'. Similarly, you can choose 'send email' quick action type and then choose to go with 'email' only.
*Although you can show only 2 quick action types at the same time, you can also choose to disable them anytime you want.
