Your products will not show up if they are not set as Shopney available on Shopify end. This is done through a small setting you can manage under Shopify Dashboard/Products.
Please follow the below steps.
What are the steps to make the products/collections available for Shopney?
1. Go to your Shopify Dashboard/Products screen. On the page that appears, click the "Search and Filter" button. Click to the box for products you would like to set as 'Shopney Available'.
2. Press “Add Filter” and select “Sales Channel”.
3. Select Shopney - Mobile App as shown
If Included is selected, Shopney available products are listed.
If Excluded is selected, Shopify unavailable products are listed.
You can list the Shopney unavailable products by excluding them and make those products available.
4. Select all products as shown in number 1 and click on … from the options as shown in number 2. Then select Include in sales channels.
5. On the pop-up screen that appears, mark “Shopney-Mobile App” and click on “Include products” button.
Your products will then be showing up on mobile devices. Please make sure to apply this setting with your new product launches along the way.
