When Shopney is first installed, all products and collections are automatically made available and synced in the Shopney sales channel. However, if you’ve added new products or made changes afterward, they may not be visible unless manually included.

Step-by-Step Guide to Include Your Products for Shopney as a Sales Channel
1- Navigate to your Shopify Dashboard
First and foremost, go to your Shopify Dashboard’s Products page.
2- Select your Products
Click on the boxes next to the products you want to add to your Shopney app. You can either select all products at once(1) to make it easier to enable all your products to be included for Shopney as a sales channel, or you can select them manually from separate boxes(2).
3- Include for Shopney
Click on the 3 dots button(1) and then Include in Sales Channels(2). On the opened page, select Shopney Mobile App(3) and then click on Include Products(4).
Step-by-Step Guide to Include Your Collections for Shopney as a Sales Channel
1- Navigate to your Shopify Dashboard
First and foremost, go to your Shopify Dashboard’s Collections page.
2- Select your Collections
Click on the boxes next to the collections you want to add to your Shopney app. You can either select all collections at once(1) to make it easier to enable all your collections to be included for Shopney as a sales channel, or you can select them manually from separate boxes(2).
3- Include for Shopney
Click on the Include in sales channels(1). On the opened page, click on Shopney - Mobile App(2) and then click on Include collections(3).
All done! Now, your products and collections are included for Shopney as a sales channel!
