1. Navigate to the 'Notification' section of your Shopney dashboard as shown below.

2. Then click on the 'Create Notification' button on the welcome page.

3. After clicking on the button you will be welcomed by the notification dashboard which consists of 5 main sections as shown below.

a. Generate: It is the section where you can create high-impact push notifications in no time.

b. Title: It is the section you type the title of your push notification.

​c. Message: It is the section you type the message of your push notification.

​d. Rich Media: It is the section where you arrange the rich content to attach to your push notification. The content can be selected from your products and collections. Or it can be set as a custom image.

​e. Delivery: It is the section you set the sending time of your push notification or send it immediately.

​f. Display: This is the area where your push notification gets demonstrated.

4. When you fill-up the title, message, and rich media sections, the displayed demonstration will look like the below image.

Now, you're ready to send push notifications to your customers!

Scheduled Push Notifications allow you to send messages to your users at a specific time, ensuring they receive content when it’s most relevant or impactful. This feature helps in targeting users based on their time zone, preferences, or behavior, enhancing engagement and the effectiveness of your communication.

If you want to send it at a particular time, you can set the date, clock, and time zone as you wish. Then, all you need is to push the 'send notification' button.

Now, your notification will be delivered to your customers on time and appear exactly how it looks in the demonstration!

The Notification Template feature provides ready-to-use templates to help customers craft their push notifications more easily.

1. Click the Generate button on the screen and then pop up will be open.

2. You can filter these templates by topics such as holidays, Black Friday, or seasonal events, making it simple to find the perfect message for any occasion.

3. Select a template and click Done buton.

You're all set to send your push notification! Feel free to edit the message to your liking, enhance it with rich media, and schedule it to go out immediately or at a specific time!

AI-generated push notifications eliminate the manual workload of creating personalized and optimized messages by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). By analyzing user data and your preferences, AI suggests the most relevant messages tailored to your target audience, helping you engage with your customers more effectively.

c. Select Language

You can choose from multiple languages to send notifications in the native language of your audience.

By segmenting your audience based on demographics like age and gender (e.g., Male, Female, Kids, Young Adult(18-25), Adult (26-50), Senior (50+)), you can create notifications that are more personalized and relevant.
