4- Paste your API credentials

In the opened panel, paste the API Key and API Secret you copied from the Shopify dashboard into the highlighted section.

5- Configure Custom Actions in Growave

Before enabling the integration, you can optionally set up Custom Actions in your Growave dashboard to offer additional rewards and further boost your loyalty program. You can configure two reward types in Shopney:

  • App install reward: Rewards users when they install your mobile app for the first time.

  • Push notification reward: Rewards users when they allow push notifications in your mobile app. This is a great way to increase opt-in rates and keep your customers engaged.

You can complete the reward activation process by following the guide below:

📌 Important note

  • These fields are optional. If left empty, no reward will be triggered for that action.

  • The rewards are calculated and assigned by Growave instead of Shopney. And the same user-based reward logic applies to both reward types.

  • If a user allows push notifications before logging in, the push notification reward will be saved and triggered automatically once they log in.

6- Enable the integration

Once you've added your Custom Action IDs, switch on the Enable toggle and click Save Changes to activate the Growave Loyalty integration for your app.

7- Add Menu and Showcase Loyalty elements

As the last step, you’ll need to add the Loyalty element to your app’s menu and/or showcase in your Shopney dashboard to make the Growave Loyalty page and features accessible for your customers.

To add it to your app’s menu, click the Menu tab under the Design section of your Shopney dashboard. Drag and drop the Loyalty element (1) into your app’s menu. Then, configure it from the right panel (2) and click Save & Update to activate it (3).

To add it to your app’s showcase, go to the Design section and click the Showcase tab under the Design section of your Shopney Dashboard. Drag and drop the Loyalty element (1) into your app’s showcase. Then, configure it from the right panel (2) and click Save & Update to activate it (3).

That’s it! Once you complete the steps above, the Growave Loyalty integration will be active and fully functional in your Shopney app, helping you drive repeat purchases and encourage long-term customer engagement.
