Once you enable the Growave Loyalty integration in your Shopney Dashboard, you can display loyalty features in your mobile app through the Showcase (1) and Menu (2) sections using the Shopney Design Editor, as shown in the example below.

Your customers can access Growave Loyalty features by tapping the Showcase (1) or Menu (2) elements in your app, which leads them directly to the loyalty pages where they can view and engage with their rewards.


How Customers Use Growave Loyalty Integration in Your App

Once customers access the Growave Loyalty page through the showcase or menu, they can join your loyalty program or sign in if they’re already a member (1) in the first section highlighted below.

After signing in to their Growave Loyalty account, customers can view their available points and points history (2), explore ways to earn and spend points(3), view their rewards (4), and use referral program features (5), all within the highlighted sections above.


How Customers Earn Rewards in Your App

With Growave Loyalty integration, your app now supports more ways to reward your customers, encouraging them to engage more deeply with your brand:

  • App Install Reward: Customers can earn points when they install your mobile app for the first time.

  • Push Notification Reward: Customers can earn points when they allow push notifications in your app, giving them an extra reason to stay connected.

For both the App Install Reward and the Push Notification Reward, customers need to be logged in to see their points. When a customer installs the app or allows push notifications before logging in, the reward will be saved and triggered automatically once they log in, so no points are ever missed.

These reward options help you increase push notification opt-in rates, boost overall user engagement, and make your loyalty program more visible and active within the app.
