It rarely happens! But if you still have one, you will probably find the solution in this article.

If you followed all the steps properly on our 'How to integrate StorifyMe with your Shopney mobile app?' guide, it's not likely to have any problems with the integration.

However, if you still have a malfunction, it's easy to fix. Let us cover the likely issues and how to fix them.

1. The Product Tagging on Stories Is Not Working

Let's say you wanted to tag a product to one story like shown below.

But it's not shoppable in action, meaning it's not opening the product itself. In that case, if the integration is properly setup, the problem is sales channel availability. To fix that, you need to make the product(s) available to Shopney as shown below.

2. I Cannot See My Widgets and Stories on Shopney Dashboard

There are 2 possible cases you might have about this. Either you cannot see some of the widgets and stories (A), or you cannot see any of them at all (B). Let us explain them below respectively.

(A) - As we display only the published stories and widgets on Shopney dash, if you cannot see some of them, it's most probably because you didn't publish them yet. Please check and make sure they are published.

(B) - As you might remember, you need to copy ACCOUNT ID (1) and API KEY (2) data on your StorifyMe dashboard and paste them into the related fields on Shopney integration dashboard.

If you somehow entered the wrong data into one or more fields, the integration won't function.

In case of entering wrong data or having doubt about it, we recommend you to check them all and make sure you enter the right data.

3. Not Having StorifyMe Active (Installed) On Your Store

This case also might happen. Please make sure that you have both Shopney and StorifyMe installed to your Shopify store and both of them are active. Last but not least, be sure that integration is enabled properly.
