Steps to set up Inactive User Winback Notifications

1. Enable Inactive User Winback Notifications

In the Notification section of your Shopney Dashboard (1), go to the Automated tab (2), and enable the Inactive User Winback Notification toggle (3).

2. Configure Your Winback Notification

After enabling the toggle, you will see five main sections to configure your message:

1- AI Generate: Use Shopney AI to create winback-focused content in one click. The AI is specifically tuned to generate miss you and come back style messages.

2- Title: Add a catchy headline.

3- Message: Write a compelling reason for the user to return. You can mention new arrivals, price drops,limited-time offers, or win-back deals.

4- Rich Media: Upload a high-quality image to make your notification stand out visually on the lock screen.

5- Delivery Timing: Choose the inactivity threshold. You can choose to send the notification if the user hasn't opened the app for 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

🔔 Reminder

The inactivity timer starts from the last time a user opened your app. If they open the app at any point, the timer resets to zero.

Once you’ve finished customizing your notification, click the Save button to activate it.
