Step-by-Step guide to testing Shopney chat

1- Start a test conversation

Navigate to the Chat section on the Design Editor page. Then, click the Start a Test Conversation button to initiate the testing process.

The following page will welcome you once you click the Start a Test Conversation button.

2- Send a reply

Type your reply in the chat window and click the Send button to respond to the message.

3- Check the chat push notification

The chat push notification will instantly appear on the preview app on your mobile. This is how the notification delivers real-time to notify your customers about your reply.

4- Verify the Incoming Message on the Preview App

Open the preview app on your mobile device and ensure all messages have been delivered successfully.
