Step-by-Step Guide to Testing Shopney Chat
1- Navigate to the "Chat" section from the Design Editor page. Click the "Start a Test Conversation" button to begin testing the chat feature.
2- Simply type your reply and click the "Send" button to respond to the incoming message.
3- Check the chat push notification that you will instantly receive on the preview app.
When you reply to the chats on your Shopney dashboard, a push notification will be sent automatically to your customer's mobile device to notify them about your message.
4- Open preview app and check the incoming message.
5- Return to the "Chat" section in the Design Editor and ensure all messages have been delivered successfully.
