In this article, we will guide you on each and every singly step to activate Zendesk integration of Shopney. Please follow the instructions below carefully to make it happen.
Available Plans: This feature is available in Enterprise Plan and above.
1. Go to your Shopify dashboard
2. Open the Apps tab and select Zendesk
3. Navigate to the your Profile > View Profile
4. Copy your Email address for pasting in to its place in the Shopney dashboard.
5. Navigate to the your Account > Branding
6. Copy your Subdomain for pasting in to its place in the Shopney dashboard.
7. Navigate to the your Apps and integrations > Zendesk API and turn switch on to enable token access
8. Click Add API token, copy API token for pasting in to its place in the Shopney dashboard.
9. Click Save button
10. Enable the integration and save changes
