Integrating Langify with Shopney is pretty easy with just one click and it works seamlessly. But if you still encounter some issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.

1. I cannot see the translations on mobile app

A. If it's a product, collection or a page (sourced by your Shopify), make sure Langify is currently working on your website. Then, all you need to do is to enable the integration to make it work on your mobile app as well. If you still cannot see it after making it enabled, please reach out to the Langify team.

B. If it's related to a content you create on your Shopney dashboard, you need to navigate to Shopney > Integrations > Langify > Mobile App Translation Manager. Then, you need to use filters to find the missing translation in the section 1 or 2 of the mobile app translation manager as shown.

2. I want to adjust a translation. Where can i do?

A. If it's a product, collection or a page (sourced by your Shopify), you need to make the changes on your Shopify dashboard. If you still cannot fix it there, please reach out to the Langify team.

B. If it's related to a content you create on your Shopney dashboard, you need to navigate to Shopney > Integrations > Langify > Mobile App Translation Manager. Then, you can easily select the word you want to adjust and put the new translations.

3. How can i publish or unpublish a language on mobile app?

The publication process is handled on your Shopify dashboard. You need to navigate to Shopify Dashboard > Settings > Store Languages. Then, you can see the language situation there.

4. I added a new language and i cannot see it on mobile app

Similar to the title 1 (1. I CANNOT SEE THE TRANSLATIONS) , there are two possible occasions:

A. If it's a product, collection or a page (sourced by your Shopify), make sure Langify is currently working on your website and the given language is published.

B. If it's related to a content you create on your Shopney dashboard, you need to navigate to Shopney > Integrations > Langify > Mobile App Translation Manager. Then, you need to use filters to find the missing translation in the section 1 or 2 of the mobile app translation manager.
