Having issues with UXCam - Shopney integration?

We would like to tell about what to do when you face some issues about UXcam integration in this article although they happen quite rarely.

1. APP KEY

While integrating UXcam to Shopney, you get an 'App Key Code' from UXcam and paste it into the related integration interface at Shopney dashboard. Make sure you select and paste it correctly.

2. USER NAMES

You will not see the actual user names on the UXCam analytics dashboard. Because we do not track or keep such customer name data at Shopney.

3. APP CONTENT

You will not be able to see the actual images from the app design and layout in your UXCam records. This is an obligation that cannot interfere due to user privacy rules.
