1. THE DESIGN ELEMENTS SET UP FOR LOYALTY DON'T FUNCTION

There are two likely reasons for this to happen:

A. The Smile.io 'Public' (1) and 'Private' (2) keys haven't been entered correctly. If this is the case, please make sure that they are correctly placed into the related fields.

B. This integration is not be available in your current Smile.io plan. In that case, please make sure that your plan is eligible to integrate your loyalty program with your Shopney mobile app.

2. THE LOYALTY & REWARD FEATURES AREN'T FUNCTIONING WELL

Each loyalty-related action like points, discount codes and referrals is managed and measured by LoyaltyLion. If you are encountering with an issue regarding these, it is most probably related to your loyalty program and not the mobile app. In this case, you'll need to reach out to LoyaltyLion team to further investigate the issue.
