1. THE DESIGN ELEMENTS SET UP FOR LOYALTY DON'T FUNCTION

There are two likely reasons for this to happen:

A. The Smile.io 'Public' (1) and 'Private' (2) keys are not entered correctly. Please make sure they are correctly put into the related fields.

B. This integration may not be available in your current Smile.io plan. Please make sure that your plan is eligible to integrate your loyalty program with your Shopney mobile app.

2. THE LOYALTY & REWARD FEATURES ARE FUNCTIONING WELL

Like the points, discount codes, referrals, and all other loyalty-related actions are managed and measured by Smile.io, the issue is most probably related to your loyalty program, not the mobile app. You can reach out to the Smile.io team to further investigate the issue.
