1. LOYALTY DESIGN ELEMENTS AREN'T FUNCTIONING

There are two possible reasons for this:

A. The LoyaltyLion 'Token' (A) and 'Secret Key' (B) are not entered correctly. Please check and confirm they are correctly put into the related fields.

B. This integration may not be available in your current LoyaltyLion plan. Please make sure that your plan is eligible to integrate your loyalty program with your Shopney mobile app.

2. THE LOYALTY & REWARD FEATURES AREN'T FUNCTIONING WELL

Each loyalty-related action like points, discount codes, and referrals is managed and measured by LoyaltyLion. If you are encountering an issue regarding these, it is most probably related to your loyalty program and not the mobile app. In this case, you'll need to reach out to LoyaltyLion team to further investigate the issue.
