If you are trying to sign in to your Shopney dashboard via app.shopney.co or Shopney Mobile App and still struggling, please follow the steps below.
1. Make sure your e-mail address matches your Shopify account e-mail.
2. Click on the 'Forgot password' as shown below if you are sure the e-mail is correct.
3. Enter your email address and click 'Reset My Password' button.
4. Check your inbox and click the password reset link from email
5. Enter your new password and save.
Done! Now you can login with your new password and continue to enjoy your Shopney dashboard now!
