How Do I Check the Status of My Shopney Mobile App After Submission?

1- How to Check Your App’s Status from The Shopney Dashboard?

One of the ways to check your app's status is to keep track of it through your Shopney dashboard. After the submission, you'll see your app’s status at the top right corner on the Shopney dashboard. If it’s in the submission process, you will see IN SUBMISSION; if it’s live, you will see APP IS LIVE.


2- How to Check Your App’s Status from Your Developer Accounts?

Another method to track your app’s status is by logging in to your developer accounts.

To check your IOS app's status, please go to the following link and log in to your Apple Developer Account. Once you log in, the page below will open. Click on My Apps and choose your app to see its status.

To check your Android app's status on Google Side, head to the following link and log in to your Google Developer Account. After logging in, click on All applications on the opened page. Once you do, you'll be able to see your app's status.


3- How to Check Your App’s Status from Your Email inbox?

Through each step of the submission process, you will be notified through email by both Apple and Google. So, one of the ways to check your app's status is to check your mailbox. When your app goes live on both stores, you will also get a notification email from Shopney.
