How to Track the Sales Channel of Your Orders?

Everything you need to know about tracking the sales channel of your orders.

In order to be able to track the source of your orders, please follow the below step:

  1. On your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the 'Orders' section.

      2. On the opened page, choose 'More Filters' as shown below.    

      3. Related menu will open up on the left side of your screen. Click on 'Sales                      Channels' as shown below and choose 'Shopney Mobile App'.

The orders that are now displayed on the orders page are placed through your Shopney Mobile App.
