Integrating Yotpo Loyalty with Shopney is quite easy and works seamlessly by simply entering the keys. However, if you still encounter any issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.

1. Rewards Sticky Bar & Rewards Page Builder is not showing

A. If your feature is not visible, the most common reason is that it is not active. Therefore, you need to activate the feature you want to display.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We support the Rewards Sticky Bar and Rewards Page Builder features for Yotpo Loyalty. However, these two features cannot work simultaneously; they must work separately.

B. Rewards Page Builder feature does not appear in Yotpo Free plan. If you want to see the Page Builder feature, you need to be on a higher plan in Yotpo.

2. The design elements set up for loyalty don't function

There are two likely reasons for this to happen:

A. The Yotpo Loyalty API key and GUID may not have been entered correctly. Ensure that these keys are entered correctly.

B. The Script and Instance ID obtained via Get Code from the created feature may not have been entered correctly. Ensure that these keys are entered correctly. In the Shopney dashboard, on the Yotpo integration page, the widget visible will correspond to the URL entered in the Instance ID field. If the widget is changed, the Instance ID must also be updated accordingly.

C. This integration is not be available in your current Yotpo plan. In that case, please make sure that your plan is eligible to integrate your loyalty program with your Shopney mobile app.

3. The loyalty & reward features aren't functioning well

Each loyalty-related action like points, discount codes and referrals is managed and measured by Yotpo Loyalty. If you are encountering with an issue regarding these, it is most probably related to your loyalty program and not the mobile app. In this case, you'll need to reach out to Yotpo Loyalty team to further investigate the issue.
