In this article, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step instructions to enable the integration quickly and easily.

Steps to Enable Yotpo Loyalty Integration

1- Access the Yotpo Loyalty App

In your Shopify dashboard, click on the Apps (1) tab and select Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards.

2- Copy API Key and GUID

In the opened page, access the General Settings (1) tab. From there, copy the API Key & GUID (2) information from the highlighted section.

3- Access the Integrations Section

In your Shopney dashboard, go to the Integrations section (1). From the Integrations section, click on Yotpo Loyalty App(2).

4- Paste API Key and GUID

In the opened panel, paste the API Key (1) and GUID (2) you copied from the Shopify dashboard into the highlighted sections.

5- Access the Display On-Site Section

Go back to the Yotpo Loyalty admin panel and click on the Display On-Site item you want to activate for the app (1). Then click the three dots(2) and select Get Code (3).

📌 Important Note

Shopney supports both the Rewards Page Builder and the Rewards Sticky Bar for the Yotpo Loyalty integration. However, only one display option can be active in the app at a time.

6- Copy the Script and Instance ID

In the opened section, copy the Script (1) and the Instance ID (2) information.

7- Paste Script and Instance ID

Go back to the Yotpo Loyalty integration section in your Shopney dashboard. Paste the Script and Instance ID you copied (1), then switch on the Enable toggle (2) and click Save Changes(3) to activate the Yotpo Loyalty integration for your app.

8- Add Menu and Showcase Loyalty Elements

As the last step, you’ll need to add the Loyalty element to your app’s menu and/or showcase in your Shopney dashboard to make the Yotpo Loyalty page and features accessible for your customers.

To add it to your app’s menu, go to the Design section (1) and click the Menu tab (2) in your Shopney dashboard. Drag and drop the Loyalty element into your app’s menu (3). Then, configure it from the right panel (4) and click Save & Update to activate it (5).

To add it to your app’s showcase, go to the Design section (1) and click the Showcase tab (2) in your Shopney Dashboard. Drag and drop the Loyalty element into your app’s showcase (3). Then, configure it from the right panel (4) and click Save & Update to activate it (5).

That’s it! Once you complete the steps above, the Yotpo Loyalty integration will be active and fully functional in your Shopney app, helping you drive repeat purchases and encourage long-term customer engagement.
