Integrating LiveMeUp with Shopney is pretty easy with just one click and it works seamlessly. But if you still encounter some issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This integration supports only 'Live Shopping' and 'Shopping Replay' features of LiveMeUp.
I can't see my stream in Shopney
A-If you cannot see your streams on Shopney dashboard and mobile devices, the main reason for this is that your integration is not active. You should make sure that your LiveMeUp integration is active.
B-If your integration is active but you still cannot see the streams, you should make sure that your Live Stream and Stream Replays in the Live Shopping Page in the LiveMeUp dashboard are “Display”. Events that are not displayed will never appear on Shopney dashboard and mobile devices.
Note: Live Stream can only have one "Display". The number of displays of Stream Replay depends on your LiveMeUp plan.
If you are sure that your streams are displayed, dragging elements from your Shopney dashboard will automatically bring up your streams.
