Step-by-step guide to verifying your phone number
1- Navigate to your Profile Page
In your Shopney Dashboard, click on the circle button with your initials(1) and click on View Profile(2).
2- Find the Verify Now Button
On your profile page, you will see a warning at the top that states you need to verify your phone number. Click on the Verify Now button next to it.
3- Get Your Verification Code
When you click on Verify Now, you will see the below pop up show up. Click on Get Code to get your verification code.
All done! You have now verified your phone number!
💡 Tip
If you want to verify with a different number, enter the new number in the phone number field on your Profile page and then click the Update Profile button. The verification process will begin with the new number. |
