Integrating Route - Protection & Tracking with Shopney is pretty easy with just one click and it works seamlessly. But if you still encounter some issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.

1. I CANNOT SEE THE ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION ON CART SCREEN

While integrating Route - Protection & Tracking to Shopney, you get a 'Merchant ID' from Route and paste it into the related integration interface on Shopney dashboard. Make sure you select and paste the correct one: Merchant ID


โ€‹2. Route - Protect and Track is not enabled by default.

In the relevant integration interface in the Shopney control panel, there is a switch for Route - Protection and Tracking to come by default.
