Steps to follow to enable Augmented Reality feature
In order to leverage augmented reality on your mobile app, you should make sure your online store already supports Shopify AR feature.
To set that up for your Shopify store, you need to follow the dedicated guide and enrich your product media with 3D models.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you don't already have AR feature on your online store and 3D models of your products uploaded, you cannot enable AR feature on your mobile app.

Navigate to Shopney Design Dashboard > Customization and switch on the toggle in the related section as shown and save changes.
