There may come a time when you need to update the email address linked to your Shopney account, whether due to a change in your business contact information or simply switching to a new email provider.

Step-by-step guide to change your email address
1- Navigate to your Profile Page
In your Shopney Dashboard, click on the circle button with your initials(1) and click on View Profile(2).
2- Find Basic Information Section and Type Email Address
You will see the Basic Information(1) section on your Profile Page, which displays account details. In this section, type your new email address in the Email (2) part and then click Update Profile(3).
3- Enter your Password
Once you click on Update Profile, you will see the following pop-up for your password. To keep your account safe, please make sure to enter your current Shopney Account Password(1). Click on Done(2) once you’ve entered your password.
4- Verify your New Email Address
After you enter your password and click on Done, you will see a notification on the screen for a verification email we send to your inbox.
When you see this, make sure to navigate to your email inbox and verify your email address by clicking on the Verify My Email button in the received email as shown below.
Once you complete the verification, your valid email address will be changed to the new one. You can now use the new email address for the login process!
