When you need to pause your Shopney subscription, you can easily do so by following the steps below from your Profile page on the Shopney Dashboard.
1. Go to your Profile Page
Once you open your Shopney Dashboard, firstly, you need to click on your profile page at the top right corner.
2. Locate "Your Plan" section
When you open your profile page, you will see “Suspend My Subscription” below. Then, you need to click on “Suspend”.
3. Select your reason for suspension
After “Suspend” is clicked, the below warning will appear, where you need to click “understand the risks of suspending my subscription” in order to be able to proceed. Then, the below page will appear, where you will need to choose a reason for your suspension.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you suspend the Shopney subscription, your customers won't be able to access your mobile app.
4. Describe your experience
Once your reason is selected, you can also give further information on the “Describe your experience” as seen below.
6. End the Suspension Process
Afterwards, all you need to do is click on “Suspend My Subscription” and it will be done! Your membership will be suspended immediately after you click this button. If your mobile app is live when your membership suspends, your customers' access to the mobile app will be restricted. You can always select a plan and instantly restart your application..
If you are not in the trial period when you suspend your membership, you will see the trial ended pop-up, and you will need to choose a plan to continue using Shopney.
