Whether you're looking to suspend your subscription temporarily or cancel it altogether, you can easily take action from your Profile page on the Shopney Dashboard.
Let’s go through the few simple steps to suspend or cancel your Shopney subscription.
How Can I Suspend My Shopney Subscription?
1- Go to your Profile Page
Once you open your Shopney Dashboard, firstly, you need to click on your Profile page in the top right corner.
2- Locate Your Plan section
When you open your profile page, you will see Suspend My Subscription below. Then, you need to click on Suspend.
3- Select your reason for Suspension
After Suspend is clicked, the following warning will appear, where you need to click understand the risks of suspending my subscription in order to be able to proceed. Then, the following page will appear, where you will need to choose a reason for your suspension.

If you suspend the Shopney subscription, your customers won't be able to access your mobile app. |
4- Describe your experience
Once your reason is selected, you can also give further information on the Describe your experience section, as seen below.
6- End the Suspension Process
Afterwards, all you need to do is click on Suspend My Subscription, and it will be done! Your membership will be suspended immediately after you click this button.
If your mobile app is live when your membership is suspended, your customers' access to the mobile app will be restricted. You can always select a plan and instantly restart your application, and your customers will be able to access your mobile app again.

We always recommend suspending your subscription instead of cancelling, as suspending enables you to keep all your data and progress in case you come back. |
How Can I Cancel My Shopney Subscription?
1- Go to your Profile Page
Once you open your Shopney Dashboard, firstly, you need to click on your Profile page in the top right corner.
2- Locate the Delete My Account section
When you open your profile page, you will see Delete My Account below. Then, you need to click on Delete, and then click on I understand the risks of uninstalling this sales channel.
3- Select your reason for Cancellation
After you click on I understand the risks of uninstalling this sales channel, you will need to select the reason behind your cancellation.
4- Describe your experience
Once your reason is selected, you can also give further information on the Describe your experience section, as seen below.
5- End the Cancellation Process
Afterwards, all you need to do is click on Delete, and it will be done; your account and subscription will be cancelled.
