Shopify Product Reviews and Shopney are two of the most popular apps in the ecosystem, and they are working perfectly together with this integration.

Although we strive to bring you the best possible technology, you might still feel lost at some moments. But don't worry! This guide clarifies it all.

I Cannot See The Product Reviews At All

While integrating Shopify Product Reviews to Shopney, you need to make sure that two apps are already installed to your Shopify store. If one of the apps (mostly happens to be Shopify Product Reviews) is not installed and set up to your store, the integration will not work and you won't be able to see the product reviews.

I Cannot See Some Of My Product Reviews

Shopify Product Reviews App enables you to publish or unpublish certain reviews. Please make sure the review that you are looking for is a published one. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed on your app.

I Cannot Sort My Reviews

Since the sorting function is not offered by Shopify Product Reviews yet, sorting product reviews is not available.
