Integrating Langshop with Shopney is pretty easy with just one click and it works seamlessly. But if you still encounter some issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.
1. I CANNOT SEE THE TRANSLATIONS
If Langshop is currently working on your website, all you need to do is to enable the integration to make it work on your mobile app as well. If you still cannot see it after making it enabled, please reach out to the Langshop team.
2. I CANNOT ACTIVATE THE LANGSHOP MULTI-CURRENCY?
That is normal, as we are only integrated with the multi-language feature. You can use Shopney multi-currency (works standalone) which is available in the GOLD PLAN.
3. I WANT TO ADJUST A TRANSLATION. WHERE CAN I DO?
The translated texts are provided by Langshop technology. If you want to amend a text, you need to navigate to your Langshop dashboard > Apps > Shopney - Mobile App Builder and change the mobile app-related texts there.

4. I WANT THE SELECTED LANGUAGES TO REFLECT MOBILE APP
To make it happen, you need to publish the selected languages on both Langshop and Shopify Dashboard > Settings > Store Languages. You can see those languages only after making these two publications.
