1. I CANNOT SEE THE PRODUCT REVIEWS AT ALL

While integrating Growave.io reviews to Shopney, you get certain 'codes' from Growave.io and paste it into related integration interface on Shopney dashboard. Make sure you select and paste the correct ones as: API Key and API Secret.

2. I CANNOT SEE SOME OF MY PRODUCT REVIEWS

Growave enables you to publish or unpublish certain reviews. Please make sure the review that you are looking for is a published one. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed on your app.

3. I CANNOT SORT MY REVIEWS

As the sorting function is not offered yet by Growave, you cannot sort your product reviews.

4. I CANNOT SEE MY REVIEWS ON MY WEBSITE

Only reviews written for products can be visible on Shopney mobile app.
