Having Issues With Growave Product Reviews?

It doesn't happen frequently. But we would like to mention some rare issues and their quick solutions in this article.

1. I CANNOT SEE THE PRODUCT REVIEWS AT ALL

Please make sure the integration is enabled in both Growave's and Shopney's dashboards.

2. I CANNOT SEE SOME OF MY PRODUCT REVIEWS

Growave enables you to publish or unpublish certain reviews. Please make sure the review that you are looking for is a published one. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed on your app.

3. I CANNOT SORT MY REVIEWS

As the sorting function is not offered yet by Growave, you cannot sort your product reviews.

If you have an issue other than the ones listed above, please contact Shopney support team. We will be happy to help out as always.

4. I CANNOT SEE MY REVIEWS ON MY WEBSITE

Only reviews written for products can be visible on Shopney mobile app.
