Having Issues With Kiwi Size Chart Integration?

With this integration, your mobile app will be able to display the size charts you offer on your website. All you need to do is having both Shopney and Kiwi Size Chart app together and enabling the integration.

Here are a couple of likely issues and things you need to know about them to avoid.

1. I see a different size chart for a given product

The first step in such case is to make sure that there is always one certain size chart set for a given product.

If the size chart you see on the mobile app is different than the one in your website, you need to let us know about the situation. In such situation, our team need to take a deeper look to understand and fix the issue.

2. I cannot see the size chart of the product at all

If you don't set variants for a given product at all but, you set up a size chart for that product, the size chart won't be displayed on product detail page on mobile app (A).

If you want to enable the size chart for the product, please make sure that there is at least one single product variant set for the product (B).
