1. THE PRICES ARE SHOWN IN DIFFERENT CURRENCIES ON CHECKOUT PAGE AND ON THE REST OF THE APP

Due to Shopify's technical structure, we cannot interfere with the checkout to customize it for multi-currency. So, no matter which currency the user sees on the app, it will be converted to your store's default currency at the checkout.

2. MY STORE HAS SHOPIFY'S MULTI-CURRENCY FEATURE BUT I CAN'T ADD MORE CURRENCIES ON SHOPNEY

If you are using Shopify's multi-currency feature on your store, you don't need to activate Shopney multi currency and ask our support team to enable Shopify multi currency instead.
