Integrating Weglot with Shopney is pretty easy and it works seamlessly. But if you still encounter some issues, you can try out a few of the suggestions seen below.
1- Please check that you have copied and pasted your API KEY correctly.
2- Please check if you have added the language you want into your ‘Languages’ on Weglot for mobile and web site. If the language that you want to translate is not added on your Weglot website, the mobile app won't translate it.
3- If you have seen an incorrect translation, please contact with Weglot team so they can fix it. Shopney is not translating words by itself and we have no possibility to intervene on this issue. Shopney only displays the translated language on your mobile app no matter if it’s correct or not.
At Shopney, we work hard to make all of your favorite apps get functional also on your mobile stores.
