Having Issues With Zakeke?

If you have any issues going on with Zakeke integration, you are at the right place. Find ways to resolve all in this article.

First things first! As it's just a click of a button to activate Zakeke for your app, please make sure that you enabled it on Shopney integrations dashboard.

1. THE PRODUCT I WANT IS NOT CUSTOMIZBLE

The customizations for the products are made and managed in Zakeke's end. We are bringing that capability to your mobile app with this integration. So, you need to make sure which products are open for customization on your Zakeke dashboard. Once you enable a product for customization and can see it functioning in your web store, it will also be available for customization on the mobile app.

If you cannot make customization for a product on your web store, you can also not customize that product on the mobile app. For further customization issues, you may contact Zakeke.

2. I CANNOT SEE THE PRODUCT ON THE MOBILE APP AT ALL

In order to see a product on your mobile app, -whether customizable or not- you need to make sure that the product is available for Shopney on your Shopify dashboard. Then, our system can track and sync that product for your mobile app.

3. THE PRODUCT IS CUSTOMIZABLE AND SHOPNEY AVAILABLE BUT IT IS NOT ON THE MOBILE APP

This is a case we have never faced so far, but please let us know through live chat. Our support team will do their best to help you out.
