First things first! As it's just a click of a button to activate Zakeke for your app, please make sure that you enabled it in Shopney integrations dashboard.
1. THE PRODUCT I WANT ISN'T CUSTOMIZABLE
The customizations for the products are made and managed in Zakeke's end. We are bringing that capability to your mobile app with this integration. So, you need to make sure which products are open for customization in your Zakeke dashboard. Once you enable a product for customization and can see it functioning in your web store, it will also be available for customization in the mobile app.
If you cannot make customization for a product in your web store, you can also not customize that product in the mobile app. For further customization issues, you may contact Zakeke.
2. I CANNOT SEE THE PRODUCT IN THE MOBILE APP AT ALL
In order to see a product in your mobile app, -whether customizable or not- you need to make sure that the product is available for Shopney in your Shopify dashboard. Then, our system can track and sync that product for your mobile app.
3. THE PRODUCT IS CUSTOMIZABLE AND SHOPNEY AVAILABLE BUT I DOESN'T IN THE MOBILE APP
