Google Analytics integration is really easy to setup although it has several steps to follow. If you cannot see it up and running, the issue might be caused by one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect copying or pasting of the Sender ID and/or Server Key codes.

  • Entering wrong Bundle ID.

Please make sure that you enter the correct Bundle ID and copy-pasted the codes without error.

Also, you need to make sure the Google and iOS files that you send to Shopney team are not opened and changed.

Additional Note:

  • As Shopney, we don't send customer info to Google Analytics with this integration. We send only the in-app events.

  • If you are integrating Google Analytics to your app after its first launch, you should make sure that your app users update their apps to track their in-app events as well. Otherwise, you will not be able to track their significant action datas on the Google Analytics dashboard.
