It doesn't happen frequently. But we would like to mention some rare issues with Stamped.io integration and their solutions in this article.

1. I CANNOT SEE THE PRODUCT REVIEWS AT ALL

While integrating Stamped.io to Shopney, you get a 'Key Code' from Stamped.io and paste it into related integration interface on Shopney dashboard. Make sure you select and paste the correct one: API Key Public

2. I CANNOT SEE SOME OF MY PRODUCT REVIEWS

Stamped.io enables you to publish or unpublish certain reviews. Please make sure the review that you are looking for is a published one. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed on your app.

3. I CANNOT SORT MY REVIEWS

As the sorting function is not offered yet by Stamped.io, you cannot sort your product reviews.
