1. I cannot see the product reviews at all on mobile app

If you do not see any changes regarding the product review, such as the 'Write a Review' button and 'Review Rating' on the product detail page of your mobile application, then there is a problem with your integration App Key. While integrating Yotpo Reviews to Shopney, you get a 'App Key' from Yotpo Dashboard and paste it into the related integration interface on Shopney Dashboard. Make sure to copy and paste the correct key.

2. I cannot see some of product reviews on a product

Yotpo enables you to publish or unpublish certain reviews. Please make sure the review that you are looking for is a published one. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed on your app.
