Your customers can access Joy Loyalty features by tapping the Showcase (1) or Menu (2) elements in your app, which leads them directly to the loyalty pages where they can view and engage with their rewards.

Once customers access the Joy Loyalty page through the showcase or menu, they can join your loyalty program or sign in if they’re already a member (1) in the first section highlighted below.

After signing in to their Joy Loyalty account, customers can view their available points(2), redeem them and access their coupons(3), explore ways to earn and use points (4), and check their points history(5), all within the highlighted sections above.
