Image with Call to Action (CTA) element lets you add professionally designed visual banners to your Showcase section without needing any design skills or tools. You can simply choose a layer template, link it to a product or collection, and customize the text and colors to match your brand, all within your Shopney Dashboard.
By using the Image with CTA element, you can:

How the Image with CTA element will appear in your app
Once you’ve added and configured the Image with CTA element, your customers will see a visual banner in your Showcase section, which will display your selected product or collection image along with the text and design you've customized using a layer template.
Step-by-step guide to add and customize the Image with CTA element
1- Add the Image with CTA element to your Showcase
In your Shopney Dashboard, go to the Design section(1) first. In the element panel on the left, scroll down to find the Image with CTA element and drag it into your Showcase area(2).
2- Add your Content
After you’ve dragged the element onto your showcase, click on the element to further customize it (1), and then choose your content type from the right panel(2), where you'll see the Content Type options: Product, Collection, or Web URL. Once you’ve chosen the content type, click on Add / Update Content to choose what to link the element to (3).
📌 Important Note
For one Image with CTA element, only a single selection is supported. You cannot select multiple products or collections.
3- Customize the Image with CTA Design
To customize your image with CTA, click on the Customize Layer button on the right panel(1). On the opened Image with Layer Editor popup, you can;
Select a template under Layers on the left(2)
Edit your content under Content in the middle(3), where you can edit Title and Button Text, and can also update the Image and adjust the Colors using a preset palette or Advanced Settings for full control over each element.
Click on Done (4) once you’ve finished your editing.
You will be able to see all the changes you’ve made on the right side of the Layer Editor popup in real time.
4- Save and publish your changes
Click on Save & Update at the top of the page to make sure it is all saved.
Editing an existing Image with CTA element
If you want to update a layer you've already configured, simply click on the element in your showcase to select it(1), then click on Customize Layer in the right panel(2).
The popup will reopen with all your previous settings preserved, including the selected template, your content, and any color customizations.
