1. ENABLING INTEGRATION

Please be sure you have "ENABLED" the switch and clicked on "Save Changes". Once you enabled it, you are going the see the "ACTIVE" text on the right top of the Ping Integration.


2. PERMISSIONS

You might forget to grant the needed permissions. Please make sure that you have given permission to Shopney to access Shopify Ping.


To check the permissions, open Shopify Ping's page on Shopney integrations dashboard. If you see the first step like in the image below (image-1), please click on the "Give Permission" button and update the Shopney's permissions.

3. NOT SEEING SHOPNEY MESSAGES ON SHOPIFY PING

If you cannot see the Shopney messages on your Shopify Ping application, most probably you overlooked a step in the integration manual.

In such cases, please check the manual again and make sure that you've done everything according to the guide below:
